SPICY BRANCOTT
Ingredients
- 90 ml Brancott Estate S.B
- 15 ml Maple Syrup
- 45 ml Cranberry Juice
- Slice Red Chilli
- Pinch Cinnamon
Method
- Add chilli to cocktail shaker and muddle to release heat
- Add all other ingredients to shaker
- Fill shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds until diluted
- Fine strain into wine glass and garnish
Wine Cocktails
BRANCOTT TWIST
Ingredients
- 90 ml Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc
- 15 ml Monin Passionfruit Syrup (optional!)
- 30 ml Pineapple Juice
- 1 Slice jalapeño
- 15 ml (half) Lime (cut into wedges)
Method
- Add half a lime and a slice of jalapeño to cocktail shaker. Press with muddler until juice of fruit has been released.
- Add Brancott Estate and pineapple juice to cocktail.
- Add ice to cocktail shaker and top cocktail shaker with large rocks glass.
- Shake cocktail 3-4 times, open shaker and pour drink back into rocks glass.
- Top glass with ice if necessary. Shake the cocktail with the glass on the top of the shaker, then turn upside down the shake with the glass down to pour your cocktail!

BRANCOTT ZESTY
Ingredients
- 15 ml l Beefeater Gin
- 90 ml Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc
- 15 ml Three Citrus Juice
- 15 ml Citrus Peel Syrup
- 15 ml aquafaba (Instead of using egg white, you use the water from chick pea cans (used for hummus) or lentils or any legumes cans)
- 45 ml Soda Water
Method
- Add all ingredients (except soda) to cocktail shaker
- Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds until cold*. If no shaker at home, you can use a portable water or a Tupperware.
- Add soda to chilled highball glass
- Strain mix into the glass
- Garnish with small citrus peel

Ingredients
- 100 ml Brancott Estate Flight Song Sauvignon Blanc
- 80 ml Elderflower Soda (or Tonic)
- 10 ml Lemon Juice
Method
- Top glass with ice
- Add all ingredients to highball glass
- Garnish with sprig of baby’s breath flowers and lemon peel Dots
