Rosé Cocktail – Spritz

Starting a new year with an old drink? Sounds like you need to switch to our twist on bubbles, the Brancott Spritz. Tickled pink with a vibrant Blush Rosé base, it’s got berries and ice and all things nice to Spritz up your New Year’s Eve.

If you’re feeling boujee, serve it in your fanciest glassware to take this party favour into a party favourite in a flash.

Ingredients

  • 90ml Rosé
  • Half lemon, juiced
  • 20ml Strawberry Grapefruit syrup*
  • Splash soda

Method

  1. In a wine glass, combine all ingredients and add ice.
  2. Garnish with strawberry and a grapefruit zest.


    *Combine one cup of sugar syrup with 1 punnet of sliced strawberries and 1 piece of grapefruit peel. Allow to steep for a few hours, or overnight, then strain.
