Tasting Notes
Colour
Pinot noir features a light ruby with medium red hue tones.
Flavour
The palate shows ripe silky tannins with more dark fruits plus raspberry compote and toasty, charry oak flavours. The balance between fruit sweetness, flavour intensity and supple texture results in a wine of approachable elegance, with poise right to the finish where the savoury oak lingers on.
Aroma
A rich ruby colour in the glass, with complex aromas that leap out; black cherry, mocha, plum, hints of clove and vanilla with an elegant violet floral note.
