Colour
Sauvignon Blanc, is predominantly a pale straw with colour.
Flavour
There is a richness to the palate, concentrated and textural with savoury elements, and finishing with a fresh line of acidity. It has both power and subtlety.
Aroma
It shows abundant primary characters – pip fruit, nectarine and citrus along with subtle herbal notes, a touch of wild honey and a mineral edge.
