The sauvignon blanc features a pale straw with green colours.

Flavour

The richly textured palate features white nectarine and fresh citrus with an underlying herbaceous character and minerality, perfectly balanced by fresh acidity that leads to a rich and lingering finish.

A complex wine displaying pink grapefruit, guava and bell pepper on the nose.
